Tomato Cucumber Salad Recipe is a mainstay of summer events. It’s cheap, simple to make and so refreshing on a hot day. My version is a combination of cucumber, tomato, and red onion for a tremendous mixture of flavors and textures. All tossed in a tangy French dressing. The perfect light and refreshing side dish for any summer meal! Any sort of cucumber is fine for this tomato salad. I’ve made this salad with standard waxed cucumbers, English cucumbers and little Persian cucumbers and it comes out nice each time. For those who’re using the waxy sort of cucumber, it’s possible you’ll wish to peel them first.
